As a Marketing & Operations Intern, you will support the day-to-day work that helps those experiences run smoothly and keeps players connected to the community. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys combining hands-on coordination with communication and community-facing work in a fast-moving sports environment.

### Responsibilities

-   Assist with various marketing, operations, and community engagement initiatives.
-   Serve on the front lines of the customer experience as an on-ground host for a few football sessions each week.
-   Coordinate and execute tasks related to daily business operations, including social media, marketing, event coordination, player communications, and outreach.

## Requirements

-   Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field

-   Eligible to complete a college or credit-bearing internship
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills
-   Fluent in Bosnian/BCS and English
-   Enthusiastic, organised, and eager to learn
-   Friendly, positive attitude and a team player
-   Comfortable interacting with customers on the ground during football games
-   Eligible to work in Bosnia and Herzegovina
-   Available for occasional evening work and weekly on-ground football sessions
-   Experience supporting or coordinating events is a plus
-   Experience with marketing or social media work is a plus
-   Experience with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Canva, or CapCut is a plus
-   Experience in football-related environments is a plus
-   Passion for football is a BIG PLUS
