Hi Tech HR is currently hiring an experienced and results-driven Conversion Agent to join the UK desk of a dynamic and international Forex brokerage. Your Role:

\-Communicate with existing and potential clients over the phone and other channels

\-Negotiate and close high-value deals efficiently

\-Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests

\-Proactively work towards achieving individual and team sales targets

\-Stay updated on global economic developments and financial market trends

\-Maintain accurate client records and interactions in CRM systems

## Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

\-Previous experience as a Conversion Agent in Forex or financial services is a plus

\-Ability to work towards sales targets and drive client conversions

\-Fluent or native-level English communication skills

\-Goal-oriented, ambitious, confident, and self-motivated

\-Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-moving and volatile market
