Hi Tech HR is currently hiring an experienced and goal-oriented Retention Agent to join the UK desk of a dynamic and international Forex brokerage.  
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, client-focused environment where your communication skills and sales expertise will directly impact the growth and retention of a key client base.

**Your Role:**

-   Manage and grow a portfolio of UK-based clients
-   Proactively retain existing clients and onboard new ones
-   Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into loyal clients
-   Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets
-   Work closely with the marketing team on sales campaigns and strategies
-   Monitor market trends and customer feedback to suggest improvements
-   Keep CRM systems updated with accurate client interactions

## Requirements

-   Minimum 1 years of experience in a Retention position at a Forex company
-   Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs and build long-term client relationships
-   Solid knowledge of financial markets and trading products
-   Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-   Self-motivated, confident, and performance-driven
-   A bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory
