## Description

We are currently hiring **in-house Client Retention Manager** for a trusted global brand operating in regulated, high-volume markets. This role will manage the **UK desk** from our Dubai office.

**🌍 Target Geo: UK**

-   Strong **English speakers required**

-   **British accent is a strong advantage**

## Requirements

**🎯 We’re Looking For:**

-   Proven track record in **Retention / Re-activation / Conversion / Sales / Client Recovery**

-   **Forex / CFD / Trading experience** – a strong advantage

-   Ethical mindset with strong closing ability

-   Performance-driven professionals ready to work **on-site in Dubai**

-   Ability to manage high-value UK clients and drive strong deposit volumes

-   **Candidates currently based in Dubai preferred** (or willing to relocate to dubai)
-   European/British/American/South African Nationals only as its the business requirement.
