## Description

Ready to take the lead on high-impact electrical projects and help shape the future of our field operations? We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality work from planning to closeout.

In this role, you’ll partner directly with senior leadership, field teams, and our Estimating Department to drive successful project outcomes. If you are a hands-on project leader with strong communication skills and a passion for guiding construction projects to successful outcomes, we want to hear from you.

## Requirements

**What You’ll Do:**

-   Manage the daily demands of multiple electrical construction projects throughout Central and South Florida
-   Work with vendors and subcontractors for timely, coordinated project integration
-   Maintain strong working relationships with General Contractors and other project stakeholders
-   Manage the financial health of projects, including budgets, forecasts, billings, and change orders
-   Support field operations to ensure their success on projects
-   Promote a strong, proactive safety culture
-   Maintain organized project documentation

Experience, Skills & Education:

-   5+ years as a Project Manager, three of which are in commercial electrical contracting
-   Proficiency with Procore & Bluebeam is a plus
-   Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills
-   A BA or BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field -or- extensive OTJ training in construction management
-   Valid Driver’s License
