### Responsibilities

-   Analyze and model business domains to develop a complete understanding of workflows, processes, and technical requirements supported by the software
-   Lead small projects or contribute to key workstreams within larger initiatives
-   Define business problems, project objectives, and success criteria while identifying and validating business requirements
-   Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, including use cases and process models
-   Facilitate requirements walkthroughs, stakeholder discussions, and sign-off sessions to ensure alignment across teams
-   Collaborate closely with users and stakeholders to ensure solutions accurately address business needs
-   Partner with technical teams to translate business needs into clear business and technical requirements
-   Monitor software development progress to ensure solutions meet business, user, and quality expectations
-   Identify opportunities to improve system usability, performance, efficiency, and overall user experience
-   Support solution demonstrations, testing activities, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
-   Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, users, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   2-4 years of relevant experience (Software Projects/ Business Analysis)
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-   Excellent communication and documentation abilities
-   This role is open for Arabic speakers only
