## Description

-   Develop full-funnel growth and demand-generation plans aligned with annual priorities and campaign objectives.
-   Define target audiences, channel mix, budgets, testing plans and campaign roadmaps across KSA, UAE and Egypt.
-   Own performance across paid media, email, web, SEO, retargeting, webinars, events and always-on journeys.
-   Set and track MQL, conversion, cost and funnel performance targets with key marketing stakeholders.
-   Manage media and agency partners, ensuring delivery, quality, spend and performance against agreed SLAs.
-   Own HubSpot Marketing Hub as the core marketing activation and automation platform.
-   Ensure effective integration and lifecycle governance between HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics.
-   Build and optimise segmentation, lead scoring, routing, nurture journeys, forms, UTMs, dashboards and attribution.
-   Lead A/B testing, landing-page optimisation, data hygiene, QA and regular campaign performance reviews.
-   Leverage AI and automation tools to improve analysis, reporting and scalable campaign operations while maintaining data quality and control.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, IT, Engineering or related field; **HubSpot/GA4 certifications preferred**.
-   8+ years’ experience, including 4+ years in B2B growth, demand generation or marketing operations within technology/SaaS/FinTech or related sectors.
-   Proven experience managing **full-funnel B2B campaigns**, budgets, MQL/SQL conversion, CPL/CAC and pipeline reporting.
-   Advanced hands-on **HubSpot Marketing Hub** experience; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
-   Strong knowledge of **GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, UTMs, A/B testing and CRO**.
-   Practical experience using **AI and automation tools** to improve campaign execution, analysis and reporting.
-   Strong **analytics, agency management and cross-functional leadership** skills.
-   Excellent English communication and executive reporting capabilities.
