## Description

Summit Healthcare is hiring on behalf of a client that partners with assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and rehabilitation centers to deliver behavioral health talk therapy through LCSWs, LMHCs, and psychologists. The organization supports its clinical model with credentialing, billing, and patient sourcing, helping facility partners expand access to mental health services in a way that is structured, reliable, and operationally supported.

This role is a strong fit for a relationship-driven marketer who understands the post-acute care landscape and can help grow a facility partnership network for behavioral health services. You will play a visible role in connecting care settings with a therapy model designed to support patients and facility teams, while working cross-functionally with internal partners to help new relationships move from introduction to launch.

### Responsibilities

-   Build referral relationships with assisted living, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation facilities.
-   Promote behavioral health therapy services to facility leaders and care teams.
-   Identify prospective partner facilities and maintain an active outreach pipeline.
-   Schedule meetings and present the company’s clinical service model to decision-makers.
-   Coordinate new facility partnerships with credentialing, billing, and clinical operations teams.

## Requirements

-   2-3 years of experience in healthcare marketing or business development within post-acute care settings.
-   Experience independently managing outreach activities and a facility partnership pipeline.
-   Knowledge of behavioral health services, referral processes, and healthcare operations.
-   Experience presenting to external stakeholders and building relationships with executive directors, administrators, directors of nursing, social workers, and rehab leaders at assisted living, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation facilities.
-   Eligible to work in the United States.
