## Description

We're looking for outgoing, creative, and energetic Brand Ambassadors to help promote our newest Sundae Artisan Ice Cream location in Downtown Denver. This is a hands-on marketing role perfect for someone who enjoys meeting people, creating viral energy spreading the word, creating social media content, and generating excitement around a new brand.

-   Total Hourly Compensation: $23.00  
-   Part-time, temporary position (4-9 weeks)

**Who are we looking for?**

We are searching for a candidate who is:

-   Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with strangers
-   Self-motivated and can manage autonomously
-   Creative with a strong eye for social media content
-   Confident on camera and behind the camera
-   Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
-   Comfortable walking up to several miles each day throughout Downtown Denver
-   Able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs for long periods of time using a backpack or tote
-   Passionate about food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Community Engagement:**

-   Meet daily marketing objectives by traveling throughout Downtown Denver promoting our new store to local businesses and the public
-   Distribute  flyers and promotional materials in approved community locations
-   Attend and promote Sundae at local events to build awareness
-   Actively seek out conversations with potential guests and share information on Sundae, encourage classroom bookings and drive store visits
-   Hand out samples near or at our Sundae-16th Street flagship location
-   Represent the brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitude
-   Share feedback on customer interactions, questions, and trends observed in the Downtown Denver community through a daily shift report

**Content Creation:**

-   Meet daily content objectives by capturing high-quality photos and videos for social media, including seasonal sundae creations, behind-the-scenes production, and staff interactions at the store
-   Create engaging short-form content using captured content & submit to marketing department for review (Instagram Reels, TikTok)
-   Research trending audio, content ideas, and viral opportunities & collaborate with the Integrated Marketing Manager on execution
-   Document customer reactions, events, and tasks completed through a daily shift report

## Requirements

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**

-   18 years of age or older
-   Must enjoy connecting with new people
-   Previous brand ambassador, content creation, event marketing, or promotional experience
-   Flexible work availability, including weekends and evenings
-   Experience creating content for Instagram or TikTok
-   Proficient video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, TikTok/Instagram Reels, etc.)
-   Photography or videography experience
-   Familiarity with Canva or other basic content creation tools

**ROLE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**

-   Move, traverse or remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours
-   Occasionally use manual food service equipment (e.g., scooping ice cream)
-   Regularly move up to 20 pounds for a distance of 2 miles or more with assistance via backpack and/or tote bag
-   Regularly ascend/descend steps and ramps to access various locations
-   Occasionally ascend/descend ladder to clean or lift items stored above
-   Occasionally position self to retrieve items below counter height
-   Willing and able to work in various weather conditions
