Due to continuous growth and expansion, **Sunlight Group** offers a great opportunity and is seeking to attract a **Group HR Business Process & Systems Expert** to join our Human Resources team at Sunlight’s **Athens** premises. The **Group HR Business Process & Systems Expert** is responsible for owning and continuously improving the HR operational backbone across Sunlight Group. As a Group role, the position drives the design, governance, standardization and optimization of HR systems, processes and data across countries and entities, enabling a scalable, digital and data-driven HR function. The role ensures effective HR technology, clear process governance, trusted people data and actionable workforce insights that support business performance, operational excellence and a consistent employee and manager experience across the Group.

**Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:**

-   Own and manage the Group HR systems landscape, ensuring effective functionality, continuous improvement and alignment with business needs.
-   Design, standardize and continuously improve HR processes, in close cooperation with HR business owners, to drive consistency, efficiency and operational excellence across the employee lifecycle, including hire-to-retire, organizational changes, rewards, performance, talent and reporting.
-   Act as the owner of HR data governance, ensuring accuracy, integrity and a single source of truth for all people-related information. Establish audit routines and clear accountability for data quality across all SAP countries.
-   Develop and monitor HR KPIs, dashboards and workforce analytics, delivering actionable insights that support business decision-making.
-   Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization and process optimization, leading continuous improvement initiatives that improve HR efficiency and enhance the employee and manager experience.
-   Partner with IT and business stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, integrations and continuous improvements in HR service delivery.
-   Lead or support HR systems implementations, upgrades, testing and integration projects, ensuring effective training, communication, user support and adoption across HR teams and managers.
-   Develop and maintain HR process documentation, governance standards, user guidelines and RACIs.
-   Monitor HR operational performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
-   Act as the subject matter expert for HR systems, processes and data, providing guidance and support to HR teams and business stakeholders.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field. Master’s degree in Ηuman Resources, is considered an asset.
-   5–7 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Systems, HR Process Improvement or HR Transformation.
-   Experience managing HR systems and supporting digital HR initiatives.
-   Experience designing and improving HR processes.
-   Experience developing HR dashboards, KPIs and workforce analytics.
-   Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
-   Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and experience with HRMS platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) will be considered an asset.
