Due to continuous growth and expansion, **Sunlight Group** offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to attract a **Lithium Batteries Technician** to join our After Sales team at Sunlight’s **Athens** premises. As a Lithium Batteries Technician, you will provide technical support to customers and partners, perform testing, troubleshooting, and repair activities on lithium battery systems, and contribute to the preparation of technical documentation and service reports. The role also involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure the effective resolution of technical issues and the delivery of high-quality after-sales support.

**Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:**

-   Perform repair and maintenance activities on Sunlight Li‑Ion products and chargers
-   Provide global technical support to partners and customers (remote and on‑site)
-   Manage and follow up on customer claims
-   Monitor product performance and ensure optimal operation
-   Prepare technical reports, improvement proposals, and KPI‑based documentation
-   Collaborate with R&D, QC, and other departments to support continuous product improvement
-   Deliver technical training to partners and customers
-   Manage spare parts and related processes

## Requirements

-   Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
-   1–2 years of experience in a Field Service Engineer or similar technical role
-   Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, testing, maintenance, and repair activities
-   Experience in the energy, battery, industrial, or related sector will be considered an asset
-   Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with ERP systems
-   Good written and verbal communication skills in English
-   Willingness and availability to travel internationally
