We are looking for a **SAP FI/CO Functional Lead** to own the Finance & Controlling domain within our global SAP S/4HANA landscape. In this role, you will ensure financial process integrity, seamless cross-module integration, and strong governance alignment, while enabling scalable rollouts across multiple company codes and international subsidiaries. You will play a key role in aligning financial architecture with operational processes, supporting manufacturing costing complexity (MTS/MTO), intercompany flows, and global reporting requirements.

**Key activities and responsibilities of the role include:**

-   Maintain S/4HANA FI/CO template and standards
-   Ensure master data consistency (GL, cost/profit centers)
-   Drive harmonization across entities
-   Act as key liaison between IT and Finance stakeholders
-   Configure and optimize FI/CO processes (GL, AR/AP, Asset Accounting, Costing)
-   Ensure integration with MM, SD, PP, QM
-   Support intercompany and margin analysis
-   Identify and drive process improvement opportunities
-   Ensure accurate financial impact of production and costing processes
-   Manage variance, material valuation, and cross-plant flows
-   Lead FI/CO in S/4HANA rollouts and migrations
-   Ensure data integrity and multi-company alignment
-   Support post-go-live stabilization and issue resolution
-   Ensure reliable financial reporting and profitability analysis
-   Align with BI/analytics initiatives
-   Support financial KPIs and performance monitoring
-   Assess financial impact of upgrades, rollouts, and integration changes
-   Support testing and governance
-   Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field. MSc. is considered a plus
-   At least 5 years experience in SAP FI/CO configuration
-   Strong S/4HANA Finance knowledge (Universal Journal, Margin Analysis)
-   Experience in manufacturing environments with product costing complexity
-   Deep understanding of FI integration with MM, SD, PP
-   Experience in multi-company and international environments
-   Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
-   Strong sense of ownership and accountability
-   Structured, governance-oriented thinking
-   Ability to work effectively in transformation and rollout environments
-   Cross-functional leadership skills
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Excellent written and verbal knowledge of English. Knowledge of an additional language is a plus
