### Role Overview

Sunreef Yachts is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and ambitious **Operations Assistant** to support cross-functional coordination across several departments, including HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Management.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who is eager to grow in a fast-paced international luxury environment. The Operations Assistant will help follow up on open actions, prepare reports, coordinate between departments, track deadlines, and ensure that information flows clearly and efficiently across the company.

We are looking for someone driven, proactive, assertive, and willing to work hard. The right candidate should be hungry to learn, comfortable chasing updates, and ready to be developed into the operational profile Sunreef is looking for.  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Coordinate and follow up on tasks between HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Management.
-   Track open actions, deadlines, pending approvals, internal requests, and department updates.
-   Prepare and update reports, trackers, action lists, dashboards, and summaries.
-   Collect information from different departments and organize it into clear reports for management.
-   Follow up with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
-   Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meeting, action points, and follow-up summaries.
-   Support internal projects, recruitment follow-ups, sales support actions, marketing coordination, finance requests, and supply chain updates.
-   Maintain clear records of decisions, deadlines, responsibilities, and next steps.
-   Escalate delays, missing information, or blocked topics when required.
-   Assist the Operations team with daily coordination and administrative tasks.
-   Help improve internal reporting, communication, and follow-up processes.

### Required Candidate Profile

-   Recent graduate or early-career professional.
-   1 to 2 years of experience in operations, administration, coordination, business support, executive assistance, project coordination, or a similar role.
-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
-   Must be willing to work from Ras Al Khaimah.
-   Must be available to work 6 days per week.
-   Excellent written and spoken English.
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-   Confident and assertive communication style.
-   Proactive personality with the ability to chase updates and push topics forward.
-   Strong willingness to learn and grow within the company.
-   Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple departments and priorities.
-   Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
-   Able to work independently, take initiative, and follow up without waiting to be reminded.

### Preferred Profile

-   Experience in a luxury, hospitality, real estate, automotive, marine, retail, consulting, or international business environment.
-   Previous exposure to reporting, coordination, administration, or management support.
-   Knowledge of CRM, ERP, project management tools, or reporting platforms is an advantage.
-   Additional languages such as Arabic, French, Russian, or Polish are a plus.
