**Main Responsibilities**

-   Support the real estate team in evaluating prospective real estate investments and managing existing assets across Singapore, the UK and Australia.
-   Assist with market research, financial modelling and investment analysis to assess potential opportunities.
-   Support asset performance reviews, including the analysis of operating results and budgets.
-   Assist with ongoing asset management initiatives and the preparation of internal reports and presentation materials.

## Requirements

-   Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate or a related field.
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
-   Able to conduct financial modelling and analysis.
-   Knowledge of Real Estate markets and property cycles, with an appreciation of market practices across different geographies.
-   Familiarity with commercial, living and/or hospitality assets will be an advantage. 
-   Strong analytical, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Able to commit to a full-time internship from Jan - May 2027
