**Position Overview:**

Are you energetic, passionate about working with kids, and looking for a rewarding, flexible role? We are seeking a high-energy Part-Time Youth Soccer Coach with an Early Childhood Focus to join our team! In this role, you will lead fun, age-appropriate soccer activities for children ages 2 to 8. You will be responsible for creating a positive, safe, and highly enthusiastic environment that promotes motor skills development, teamwork, and building confidence. **Where You’ll Be Coaching**: We operate at premium parks, schools, and indoor facilities across East, North, and South Broward—stretching from Parkland, Coral Springs, Coconut Creek, and Margate down to Fort Lauderdale, Dania, and Hollywood.

Because our footprint covers the county, we prioritize matching you with schedules and locations closest to your home base to ensure a highly convenient commute! You can easily specify your regional preference during the application process.

**Employment Type:** Part-Time

**Compensation:** Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 / hour + performance bonus opportunities

**Typical Hours:** Mornings and Afternoons, flexible scheduling available

## Requirements

-   A genuine love for working with young children (ages 2-8).
-   High energy, patience, and an enthusiastic personality.
-   Reliable transportation to get to your local class locations.
-   Must be able to pass a background check.
-   Previous experience in childcare, coaching, camp counseling, or teaching is a big plus, but not required—we will train the right person!
