### **What You’ll Do**

✔ **Drive Sales Growth:**

-   Make outbound calls to **existing and potential customers** to promote and sell Super Speciosa products.
-   Manage **warm inbound leads**—our brand is well-known, and we receive **hundreds of inbound inquiries each year**.
-   Increase same-store sales and drive repeat purchases through **relationship building and upselling**.

✔ **Account Management:**

-   Work with an **assigned list of accounts**—no cold prospecting required.
-   Develop strong relationships with store owners, managers, and buyers.
-   Maintain an organized pipeline in our **CRM system** and provide timely follow-ups.

✔ **Market & Product Knowledge:**

-   Stay up-to-date on **industry trends and consumer preferences** to provide valuable insights to customers.
