Superior Contracting & Maintenance is actively seeking experienced EPA-certified HVAC technicians to join our contractor network for residential service calls and HVAC installation projects. We provide direct work opportunities through established residential and property management partnerships, with no subscription costs, lead fees, or bidding platforms involved.

This opportunity is ideal for independent HVAC contractors or technicians looking to supplement their current workload with flexible residential maintenance and installation assignments.

We provide residential repair and maintenance services throughout AL, AZ, GA, FL, NC, OK, SC, TN, and TX, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, drywall, carpentry, flooring, painting, appliances, remediation, make-readies, and general maintenance services.

Our goal is to deliver reliable service, professional communication, and long-term working relationships with both clients and contractors.

Most technicians operate within their local coverage areas handling residential service requests, maintenance work orders, and installation projects.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including split systems, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related equipment
-   Complete first-visit service calls within approved NTE limits
-   Submit estimates for larger or multi-visit repairs when necessary
-   Perform HVAC system replacements and installation projects
-   Maintain communication and provide work order updates through the mobile portal system
-   Coordinate with dispatch and provide job status updates as needed
-   Materials for approved work orders are provided by Superior Contracting & Maintenance

### **Requirements**

-   EPA Certification required
-   Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
-   Must own HVAC tools and reliable transportation (truck, van, or SUV)
-   Comfortable using mobile portals and digital communication systems
-   Must complete onboarding and portal training prior to receiving assignments
-   Valid driver’s license required
-   Must currently reside and work within the United States

### **Disqualifiers**

-   No active insurance coverage
-   Missing EPA certification
-   Failure to complete onboarding requirements
-   Poor communication or unreliable follow-through
-   Lack of transportation or HVAC tools

### **Compensation & Benefits**

-   Diagnostic trip pay ranges from **$65–$85** depending on job type and scope
-   Full HVAC installation labor typically ranges from **$1,200–$1,800** depending on project scope and location
