### **Overview**

We’re hiring **three experienced Crew Chiefs** to lead mitigation and restoration projects in the North Atlanta market. You’ll oversee field technicians, ensure high‑quality work, and deliver excellent customer service on every job.

### **What You’ll Do**

-   Lead mitigation crews on water, fire, mold, and cleanup projects
-   Perform inspections, document job conditions, and communicate next steps to clients
-   Ensure proper equipment setup, monitoring, and jobsite safety
-   Train and mentor technicians
-   Maintain accurate job documentation and daily logs
-   Coordinate with Project Managers and office staff to keep jobs moving efficiently

### **What You Bring**

-   2+ years of restoration or mitigation experience
-   Prior leadership or crew lead experience
-   Strong communication and customer service skills
-   Ability to lift/move equipment and work in various environments
-   IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD) preferred
