**What you will do:**

-   Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting;
-   Leverage strong negotiation skills to structure win-win deals;
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution;
-   Manage agreement discussions smoothly;
-   Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices;
-   Communicate with cross-functional specialists.

**What you need to succeed in this role:**

-   **Excellent English and Spanish language skills (at least C1 level for both speaking and writing);**
-   Minimum **1 year of sales experience**, preferably in digital marketing, media, or influencer marketing**;**
-   **Proven track record of closing deals** and meeting/exceeding sales targets;
-   Previous experience **working with influencers on social media**;
-   **Proactive, target-driven, and highly energetic** self-starter;
-   Strong **negotiation and communication skills**, with the ability to build relationships and close deals efficiently;
-   Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
