**This isn't a typical Chief of Staff role.**

We're looking for someone who loves building businesses.

Maybe you founded a startup. Maybe you were one of the first hires and helped scale it. Maybe you've spent years working directly alongside founders, turning ideas into execution and helping businesses grow.

If you're looking for a role where you simply coordinate meetings, build slide decks, or manage projects, this probably isn't for you.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, making decisions, and helping build a business from the inside out.

**Overview**

We're an early-stage consumer products company building a growing presence across DTC, eCommerce, marketplaces, and retail.

The founder has built the foundation and is looking for a true partner to help scale the business. You'll work directly alongside him, helping drive growth, improve operations, and turn strategy into execution across every part of the company.

This is a highly visible role with broad ownership. One day you might be reviewing business performance and growth opportunities. The next you could be working with agency partners, launching a new product, improving marketplace performance, or helping expand into new sales channels.

**Responsibilities**

-   Partner directly with the founder to help drive the company's growth strategy and day-to-day execution. 
-   Own key business initiatives from idea through implementation. 
-   Help manage overall business performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and P&L. 
-   Grow the business across Amazon, Mercado Libre, DTC/eCommerce, subscriptions, and retail channels. 
-   Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, logistics providers, and strategic partners. 
-   Identify operational improvements that help the business scale efficiently. 
-   Build reporting, forecasting, and KPI dashboards to support data-driven decisions. 
-   Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across marketing, operations, product, and commercial teams. 
-   Support product launches, retail expansion, and new business opportunities.

## Requirements

-   C1 English or equivalent. 
-   Experience working in a startup or early-stage business, either as a founder, Chief of Staff, General Manager, business operator, or early employee. 
-   Experience owning meaningful business outcomes rather than supporting a single department. 
-   Direct exposure to P&L management, commercial strategy, or overall business operations. 
-   Experience growing a consumer brand across DTC/eCommerce, Amazon, Mercado Libre, Shopify, retail, wholesale, or similar channels. 
-   Strong understanding of business metrics including revenue, profitability, CAC, ROAS, conversion, retention, customer lifetime value, forecasting, and cash flow. 
-   Comfortable operating in an environment where priorities change quickly and resources are limited. 
-   Naturally proactive, resourceful, and able to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. 
-   Willing to work onsite in Mexico City once a week to meet with the founder.

**Bonus Points**

-   You've founded or helped build a startup. 
-   You've helped scale a consumer brand from an early stage. 
-   You've worked directly with founders or executive teams. 
-   You've managed Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Mercado Libre, Klaviyo, or similar eCommerce platforms. 
-   You've worked in consumer products, food & beverage, wellness, supplements, or another fast-moving consumer category. 
-   You've successfully managed agencies, manufacturers, fulfillment partners, or other external vendors.
