# Production Designer

## Description

As the Production Designer, you will be the dedicated design partner on one of the company's largest accounts. You will produce high-volume print and digital assets from established templates, updating copy and imagery quickly and accurately while keeping every piece consistent with brand standards. The work is split roughly 50/50 between print and digital, and you will focus exclusively on this one account.

**Responsibilities**

-   Produce print and digital assets at high volume using existing, approved templates.
-   Update templates with new copy and images for each asset (for example, swapping featured photos and headlines).
-   Maintain strict consistency with brand guidelines across every deliverable.
-   Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files to spec, with accurate sizing, bleeds, and export formats.
-   Review your own work for errors in copy, alignment, and image placement before handoff.
-   Collaborate with project management and the design team to meet deadlines on recurring deliverables.

## Requirements

-   2+ years of experience as a production, graphic, or layout designer.
-   Proven experience preparing files for both print and digital output.
-   Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign / Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma.
-   High attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, high-volume work.
-   Ability to work efficiently within existing templates and brand systems.
-   Portfolio showing production or template-based work.
-   Strong written and spoken English.

**Nice to Have**

-   Experience working with a US-based agency or client.
-   Experience with email design or large-scale campaign asset production.
