## Description

We’re looking for a **Marketing Specialist (Campaigns & CRM)** who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves turning insights into high-performing campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of **creative marketing and data-driven execution**, owning the full lifecycle of CRM-led campaigns while working closely with cross-functional teams.

You’ll play a key role in **audience segmentation, personalization, and performance optimization**, ensuring our campaigns reach the right users, with the right message, at the right time.

### Key Responsibilities

### Campaign Strategy & Execution

-   Own end-to-end campaign execution: ideation, build, launch, and optimization across **Email, Push Notifications, SMS, Social, and In-App** channels.
-   Develop creative campaign hooks and messaging that align with brand identity while driving engagement and conversions.
-   Rapidly deploy seasonal, promotional, and reactionary campaigns based on business priorities and market trends.

### CRM & Audience Segmentation

-   Build and manage granular user segments based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and preferences using CRM platforms.
-   Create personalized user journeys and messaging paths to improve **retention, engagement, and LTV**.
-   Run continuous **A/B tests** on subject lines, creatives, content, and CTAs to optimize performance.

### Data, Insights & Collaboration

-   Monitor campaign performance and translate KPIs into actionable insights and recommendations.
-   Collaborate closely with **Design, Product, Sales, and Growth** teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
-   Present post-campaign analysis and contribute to ongoing strategy improvements.

## Requirements

-   2–4 years of hands-on experience in **CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, or digital campaigns**.
-   Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as **CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, Braze**, or similar.
-   Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategic actions.
-   Excellent copywriting and communication skills (written and verbal).
-   Comfortable working in a **high-growth, fast-paced** environment with shifting priorities.
-   Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

### Nice to Have

-   Experience working with mobile apps or product-led growth environments.
-   Familiarity with analytics platforms and attribution tools.
-   Experience running lifecycle or retention-focused campaigns.
