## Description

-   Lead warehouse network layout planning and continuous optimization initiatives

-   Design and optimize routing waves and operational flow strategies
-   Develop and improve zone optimization strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce costs
-   Build and maintain network cost models to support operational and strategic decision-making
-   Collaborate with algorithm, operations, and technology teams to improve routing and planning systems
-   Coordinate cross-functional network operations during peak seasons and high-volume periods
-   Drive transit time and service level optimization across the logistics network
-   Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and cost reduction
-   Support expansion planning, capacity planning, and network scalability initiatives
-   Monitor network performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to leadership

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field preferred

-   5+ years of experience in logistics network planning, transportation planning, or supply chain optimization
-   Strong understanding of route planning, warehouse operations, and logistics network structures
-   Experience with cost modeling, operational analytics, and performance optimization
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets
-   Excellent cross-functional communication and project management abilities
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly growing logistics environment
-   Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English
