## Description

**About the Role**  
We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead local market expansion and build a high-performing sales team across key U.S. regions.  
This role is responsible for driving ground-level customer acquisition and revenue growth.  
  
**Key Responsibilities**  
\- Build and manage a local BD / sales team  
\- Drive customer acquisition through: Warehouses / fulfillment centers (3PLs) US Local E-commerce sellers (Target, Walmart, Shopify, Amazon, etc)  
\- Develop sales strategies and execution plans  
\- Monitor performance and optimize sales efficiency Collaborate with operations teams to ensure customer success and retention

KPIs**  
\- Sales revenue and package volume  
\- New customer acquisition  
\- Customer retention rate

## Requirements

-   10+ years in sales / business development Experience in: Logistics / last-mile / e-commerce
-   Proven track record of scaling a sales team
-   Strong execution and leadership skills
