Restaurant Shift Manager  
  
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Shift Manager to oversee daily operations and help drive the restaurant's revenue, profitability, and quality goals. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of production, service, and customer satisfaction.  
  
Responsibilities:  
Coordinate overall restaurant operations during assigned shifts  
Deliver excellent guest service and ensure customer satisfaction  
Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints  
Uphold high product quality standards  
Organize and supervise shift activities  
Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback  
Forecast requirements and manage inventory levels  
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations  
Monitor and control operational costs  
Support brand promotion efforts  
Foster a positive, motivating work environment through hands-on leadership  
Perform additional duties as needed  
  
Requirements:  
Proven experience as a Restaurant Shift Manager or General Manager  
Strong background in customer service management  
Solid food and beverage knowledge  
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish  
Comfortable using restaurant management software  
Strong leadership, coaching, and people skills  
Sound financial management abilities  
Valid driver's license  
Reliable means of communication (phone or equivalent)  
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
