### HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER

SWOT Hospitality is seeking an experienced and dynamic **Hotel General Manager** for Nirema Hotel & Spa Samos M Gallery by Accor to oversee the overall operation and performance of the property.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with solid experience in the hospitality industry, excellent commercial awareness, and a proven ability to lead teams while delivering exceptional guest experiences and strong operational results.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the hotel.
-   Ensure smooth and efficient coordination of all departments.
-   Lead, motivate, and develop the hotel management team and staff.
-   Drive the achievement of financial, operational, and commercial objectives.
-   Monitor and optimize operational costs and profitability.
-   Ensure consistently high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
-   Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement initiatives.
-   Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, partners, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
-   Contribute to the development and implementation of the hotel's business and commercial strategy.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
-   Minimum 3**–**5 years of experience in hotel management, with significant experience in luxury hotels
-   Strong financial and commercial understanding.
-   Proven leadership and people-management skills.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
-   Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
-   Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
