## Description

SWOT Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical F&B Controller to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring food and beverage costs, ensuring accurate inventory management, and supporting the efficient financial performance of the F&B department.

Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor and control food and beverage costs across all outlets.
    
-   Prepare and analyze cost reports, budgets, and variance analyses.
    
-   Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
    
-   Monitor purchasing, receiving, storage, and issuing procedures.
    
-   Ensure compliance with cost control policies and procedures.
    
-   Analyze food and beverage consumption, wastage, and profitability.
    
-   Work closely with the Executive Chef, F&B Manager, and Finance Department.
    
-   Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and operational performance.
    
-   Ensure accurate recording of all F&B transactions.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
    
-   Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
    
-   Strong analytical and numerical skills.
    
-   Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
    
-   Familiarity with hotel management systems and inventory software.
    
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    
-   Good communication and teamwork skills.
    
-   Fluency in English.
