**Recruiter Officer**

to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in sourcing, attracting, and selecting the best talent to support our operations across various hotels and properties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates.
-   Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates.
-   Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
-   Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings.
-   Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates to management.
-   Enhance the employer branding through social media, job fairs, and outreach initiatives.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
-   1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the hospitality industry.
-   Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
-   Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-   Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
-   Passion for hospitality and connecting with people.
