## Description

**SWOT Hospitality**, a leading hospitality management company in Greece, proudly collaborates with some of the world’s most prestigious hotel brands, including **Marriott International, Accor and Hyatt,**.  

As part of our dynamic expansion, we are currently seeking to recruit, for **season 2026**, experienced **Cost Controllers for Resorts** to lead our upcoming projects in some of Greece’s most iconic destinations – **Paros, Lemnos, Samos, Mykonos, and Crete.**

As a Cost Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and controlling costs across our resort operations. You will be responsible for preparing detailed financial reports, analyzing expenditure, and implementing cost-saving strategies while ensuring high operational standards and guest satisfaction. Collaborating closely with various departments, you'll provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Cost Controller or similar finance role in the hospitality or resort industry.
-   Strong understanding of cost control principles and financial analysis.
-   Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
-   Proficient in Excel and familiar with financial management software.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
-   Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
-   Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a resort or hotel setting.
