**Guest Relations Agent**

to join our dynamic team.

**About the role:**

-   As a Guest Relations Agent, you will serve as the vital link between the guests and the hotel, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued throughout their stay.
-   Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions while maintaining a positive demeanor.
-   Collaborate with various departments to facilitate seamless service delivery and improve guest satisfaction.
-   Proactively connect with guests to anticipate their needs and offer personalized recommendations and solutions.
-   Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction levels, working to address any issues that arise promptly and effectively.
-   Assist in the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience for guests.
-   Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and service techniques.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in guest relations, front desk, or hospitality roles is preferred.
-   Outstanding communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
-   Strong customer service orientation with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professional.
-   A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
