As part of the **Moxy Inspiration Crew**, you’ll help bring the brand’s playful spirit to life while ensuring every guest feels welcome from the moment they arrive.

**You will be responsible for:**

·       Creating a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for guests throughout their stay

·       Acting as a key point of contact for guest requests, feedback and special moments

·       Handling guest concerns with confidence, empathy and creativity

·       Supporting a smooth and engaging arrival experience for guests

·       Engaging with guests across the Moxy Living Room and social spaces

·       Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey

·       Anticipating guest needs and delivering personalized service whenever possible

·       Contributing to maintaining a vibrant and positive guest experience

## Requirements

We’re searching for someone who:

• Has experience in **Guest Relations, Front Office or Guest Experience roles**  
• Enjoys connecting with people and creating memorable moments  
• Is energetic, proactive and solution-oriented  
• Thrives in a **fast-paced lifestyle hotel environment**  
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
• Has a genuine passion for hospitality and guest engagement
