**About the role:**

-   Lead and train the guest relations team, instilling a culture of service excellence that aligns with the vision of the new project.

## Requirements

-   Demonstrated experience in a guest relations or equivalent role, ideally within the luxury or boutique hotel sector.
-   Strong understanding of the hospitality market, particularly in Greece or the surrounding region.
-   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with a diverse clientele.
-   Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for exceptional service delivery.
-   Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments to achieve common goals.
