## Description

SWOT Hospitality Management Company is seeking a skilled and passionate **Sous Chef** to join the culinary team at the **Vione Hotel in Paros**.

In this role, you will support the Head Chef in the daily kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes that delight our guests. You will contribute to menu planning, maintain kitchen hygiene standards, and help supervise and train kitchen staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Assist in managing kitchen team and workflows to guarantee efficient, timely, and quality food production.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar culinary leadership position, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
-   Strong knowledge of Mediterranean and local Greek cuisine preferred.
-   Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
-   Familiarity with food safety standards and kitchen hygiene protocols.
-   Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
-   Fluency in English; proficiency in Greek or other languages is an advantage.
