**ROLE FUNCTIONS**

-   Leads day-to-day restaurant operation.
-   Implements operational standards that maximize financial performance and enhance guest satisfaction.
-   Oversees menu creation and participates in food tasting.
-   Assists in staff recruitment and training processes.
-   Evaluates and monitors employee performance regularly.
-   Ensures exceptional levels of customer service; addresses guest inquiries and resolves complaints promptly.
-   Conducts monthly inventory audits and manages purchasing orders.
-   Maintains strict compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the restaurant.

## Requirements

-   Degree in Hospitality or similar
-   Previous relevant experience in luxury hospitality
-   Excellent knowledge of the English language
