As part of our dynamic expansion, we are currently seeking to recruit, for **season 2026**, experienced and motivated **Executive Housekeepers for Resorts** to lead our upcoming projects in some of Greece’s most iconic destinations – **Paros, Lemnos, Samos, Mykonos, and Crete.**

**SWOT Hospitality Management Company** is seeking an experienced and dedicated **Executive Housekeeper** to join our dynamic team at one of our luxurious resorts. As a leader in the hospitality management sector, we are committed to providing exceptional experiences for our guests and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure that all areas of the resort are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness.
-   Recruit, train, and manage housekeeping staff to create a cohesive and efficient team.
-   Develop and implement effective housekeeping policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
-   Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to maintain quality standards.
-   Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment, optimizing costs while ensuring quality.
-   Collaborate with other departments to effectively respond to guest requests and maintain seamless operations.
-   Monitor and manage housekeeping budget, labor costs, and resource allocation.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role, preferably in luxurious resort settings.
-   Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, safety standards, and best practices.
-   Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
-   Excellent communication abilities and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-   Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high standard of service.
-   Proficiency in housekeeping management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
