SWOT Hospitality is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Housekeeping Manager** to join our team at a luxury hotel in Rhodes, Greece.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction, ensuring an exceptional luxury hospitality experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Oversee and manage all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
-   Supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver outstanding service.
-   Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
-   Develop and implement housekeeping procedures in line with luxury hospitality standards.
-   Manage departmental budgets, staffing schedules, linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies efficiently.
-   Coordinate closely with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
-   Monitor guest feedback and address any housekeeping-related concerns promptly and professionally.
-   Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and brand standards.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel.
-   Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
-   Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
-   Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, inventory control, and cost management.
-   Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
-   Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
-   Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, seasonal hospitality environment.
