**Housekeeping Manager**

for an exciting new project in **Paros**, opening in 2026.

We are seeking a dedicated and effective Housekeeping Manager to oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

**About the role:**

-   Manage and lead the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the hotel.
-   Oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring adherence to established procedures and standards.
-   Monitor and manage housekeeping budgets, staffing levels, and inventory control for cleaning supplies and equipment.
-   Develop training programs for the housekeeping staff, focusing on operational effectiveness and employee engagement.
-   Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.
-   Collaborate with other departments to coordinate room readiness and address guest requests efficiently.
-   Implement policies and procedures related to health and safety regulations.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in a housekeeping management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury hotels.
-   Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
-   Excellent organizational and communication skills.
-   Ability to manage workflows and prioritize tasks effectively.
-   Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
-   Fluency in English, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
