**Restaurant Supervisor**

**for Eliamos Villas Hotel & Spa**

**About the role:**

As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction. Your leadership will foster a productive environment for staff while enhancing the dining experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff, ensuring all service standards and guest satisfaction metrics are met.
-   Coordinate with kitchen staff regarding menu offerings, special requests, and food presentation to ensure quality and timely service.
-   Assist in training and developing the restaurant team, providing guidance and support for staff to achieve excellence in service.
-   Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and dining flow to optimize the guest experience.
-   Address guest complaints and feedback promptly, ensuring resolution and guest satisfaction.
-   Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
-   Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

## Requirements

-   Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
-   Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in Greek and English.
-   Ability to lead and motivate a team, promoting a positive work atmosphere.
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
-   Proficient in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office.
