## Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented **Front Office Agent** to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from check-in to check-out.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
-   Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
-   Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
-   Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
-   Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
-   Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
-   Answer phone calls and emails professionally.
-   Maintain accurate guest information in the hotel management system.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in a Front Office or Reception role is preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
-   Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Protel, Fidelio).
-   Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
-   A positive attitude and a strong customer service mindset.Previous experience in a Front Office or Reception role is preferred.
