**SWOT Hospitality Management Company** is excited to announce an opportunity for an

**Accountant**

for the newly opened **Kampos Paros by Hyatt**.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to hotel operations.

**Main Responsibilities:**

-   Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
-   Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
-   Conduct reconciliations of bank accounts and balance sheet accounts.
-   Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal controls.
-   Support management with financial reporting and performance analysis.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-   At least three years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
-   Prior experience with luxury hotels or international hospitality brands is a plus.
-   Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
-   Proficient in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
-   Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-   Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
-   High integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
