**About the role:**

As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the F&B offerings of our luxurious property. You will be responsible for delivering an unparalleled dining experience that resonates with the distinctive style and sophistication of the Luxury Collection brand.

**Key areas of responsibility:**

-   Manage the overall F&B operations to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered consistently.
-   Develop and implement F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
-   Supervise and inspire a talented team, providing guidance and training to ensure high service standards.
-   Create and maintain menus that reflect the seasonal and local flavors, meeting the expectations of discerning guests.
-   Budget management, including forecasting, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
-   Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations throughout all areas of food and beverage service.

## Requirements

-   At least 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, specifically in Marriott luxury hotels/resorts.
-   Strong understanding of F&B operations, including menu design, service excellence, and financial performance.
-   Proven experience in leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
-   Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with guests and team members.
-   Proficiency in English; speaking additional languages is a plus.
