**Cook A' / Μάγειρας Α'**

**Καθήκοντα:**

-   Διαχείριση της κουζίνας και επίβλεψη της ομάδας μαγειρικής.
-   Προετοιμασία και μαγείρεμα πιάτων υψηλής ποιότητας σύμφωνα με τις συνταγές και τα πρότυπα του ξενοδοχείου.
-   Διασφάλιση ποιότητας των πιάτων και συμμόρφωση με τις προδιαγραφές παρουσίασης.
-   Εκπαίδευση και καθοδήγηση μελών της ομάδας.
-   Συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα για την ομαλή λειτουργία της υπηρεσίας.

## Requirements

-   Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε ανάλογη θέση (Cook A ή Chef de Partie).
-   Πτυχίο ή πιστοποίηση στην μαγειρική.
-   Ικανότητες στη διοίκηση και στο συντονισμό ομάδας.
-   Γνώσεις διαδικασιών υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων.
-   Πάθος για τη μαγειρική και τη δημιουργικότητα.
