**Syarah** is on a mission to transform the way people buy cars in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. We offer customers an end-to-end digital car buying experience, allowing them to purchase their next vehicle from the comfort of their homes. Behind the scenes, we build and operate systems that manage vehicle sourcing, inspection, photography, merchandising, reconditioning, financing, insurance, shipping, and much more. Our goal is to make car buying a seamless, transparent, and enjoyable experience.

We are looking for a **mid-level Product Designer** to join our Product team. The ideal candidate is passionate about designing intuitive digital experiences and enjoys working closely with Product Managers and Engineers to transform business requirements into high-quality customer experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, collaborative, data-informed, and eager to continuously improve products through design, experimentation, and customer feedback.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design user-centered experiences across web and mobile products.
-   Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
-   Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
-   Translate business requirements into simple, scalable, and intuitive design solutions.
-   Contribute to and maintain the company's design system.
-   Continuously improve existing experiences based on customer feedback, usability findings, and product performance.
-   Participate in design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

## Requirements

-   3–5 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role.
-   Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
-   Advanced proficiency with Figma.
-   Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
-   Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
-   Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple design tasks in a fast-paced Agile environment.
-   A product mindset with the ability to balance user needs and business objectives.
-   Familiarity with product analytics tools (such as Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, or similar) to understand user behavior, identify friction points, and support design decisions with data.
-   Basic understanding of experimentation and A/B testing, with the ability to collaborate on validating design improvements through measurable outcomes.

### Nice to Have

-   Experience working on e-commerce or marketplace products.
-   Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems.
-   Familiarity with usability testing and customer interviews.
-   Understanding of accessibility best practices.
-   Experience working in cross-functional Product teams using Agile methodologies.
