We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused **Sales Officer – New Car Financing** to join our growing team in Jordan.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Handle daily customer inquiries related to new car financing
-   Contact customers and collect financial and personal information
-   Conduct financial calculations and assess customer eligibility
-   Follow up with customers to collect all required documents
-   Coordinate with financing companies and banks to obtain approvals
-   Assist customers with signing financing contracts and approvals
-   Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery
-   Prepare and maintain daily and monthly reports
-   Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong follow-up communication

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
-   Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or finance
-   Strong communication and customer service skills
-   Excellent follow-up and organizational abilities
-   Flexible and able to work in shifts
-   Experience in telesales is a plus
-   Previous experience in banks or financing companies is a plus
