## Description

**Laboratory Equipment Maintenance, Qualification, and Calibration Engineer**

Synergy is seeking an experienced maintenance, qualification, and calibration of laboratory equipment specialist. The successful candidate must have hands-on experience, not managerial experience. This experience must include laboratory instruments calibration activities in support of pharmaceutical or biotech laboratory operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and execute maintenance, qualification, and calibration programs for laboratory instruments and equipment.
-   Perform IQ, OQ, and PQ activities according to regulatory guidelines and company SOPs.
-   Coordinate and conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
-   Maintain detailed records and documentation of all maintenance, calibration, and qualification tasks.
-   Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues.

**Education & Experience:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
-   Minimum 5 years of experience in laboratory equipment maintenance, qualification, and calibration.
-   Experience with a wide range of laboratory instruments and calibration tools.
