## Description

Synergy Oviedo Chiropractic is hiring a Business Development Liaison to be the face of our practice in the community. You'll turn introductions into referral partners, event attendees into new patients, and real moments into content that keeps our name in front of people.

Pay: $40,000 base salary plus monthly performance bonuses. Top performers earn $55,000–$70,000 total.  
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday about 8:30am–5pm, split between the office and the field. Plus about two Saturday events a month (usually 3–4 hours) and two to three evening networking events, balanced with flexible time off during the week.

For 25 years we've served Oviedo, with 20,000+ patients, 500+ five-star Google reviews, and a network of about 350 referral partners. You'll report directly to Dr. Eric Janowitz.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Partner development

-   Visit our ~350 referral partners on a set schedule and grow the network: gyms, trainers, physicians, attorneys, employers, and local businesses
-   Build relationships with the right people, including owners, office managers, case managers, and referral coordinators
-   Set up lunch-and-learns, workplace wellness talks, and co-hosted events, and book speaking slots for Dr. Janowitz

Community events

-   Find, book, and run health fairs, farmers markets, 5Ks, school and church events, and workshops
-   Own event logistics from setup to teardown
-   Capture every lead and follow up promptly so they book their first visit

Content and social media

-   Capture photos, short videos, and testimonials at events and partner visits, and post them to Facebook and Instagram within a day or two
-   Keep editing quick and simple, and coordinate with our outside editor when a video needs more polish
-   Engage with partners on social media by following, liking, commenting, and sharing, so Synergy stays on their radar between visits

Tracking and results

-   Log every visit, lead, referral, and business mile in Atlas, our practice operating system, the same day
-   Report weekly numbers at the team meeting: visits, new partners, events, leads, referrals, and new patients

## Requirements

-   2+ years in outside sales, business development, community outreach or event coordination
-   Proven record of building referral relationships or hitting targets
-   Confident communicator, comfortable starting conversations with strangers and presenting to groups
-   Organized self-starter who plans their own week and follows through
-   Active social media user who's comfortable shooting and posting photos and short videos from your phone
-   Comfortable with a CRM and digital calendars
-   Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and current auto insurance
-   Available about two Saturdays and two to three evenings a month
-   Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for several hours outdoors
-   Able to pass a background check and driving record check after a conditional offer

Nice to have: healthcare, wellness or fitness marketing experience; an existing network in Oviedo, Winter Springs, Winter Park or Orlando; public speaking or chamber involvement; English/Spanish bilingual; Canva or CapCut skills
