Syntiant Corp., a leader in the high-growth AI software and semiconductor solutions space, is looking for a **Quality Engineering Intern** to take on a critical role to enhance our Quality team.

As a **Quality Engineering Intern**, you will gain hands-on experience in semiconductor quality systems, data analytics, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with engineering and operations teams to analyze product and manufacturing data, develop AI-assisted tools and workflows, improve customer requirement management systems, and support initiatives that drive product quality, reliability, and operational excellence.

## Requirements

**Specific Duties and Responsibilities****:**

-   Assist in the creation, maintenance, and analysis of product and component parametric databases to support engineering and quality initiatives.
-   Perform data analysis and statistical evaluations to identify trends, process improvements, and opportunities for quality enhancement.
-   Assist in developing scripts, dashboards, and AI-assisted tools to improve engineering productivity and operational efficiency.
-   Support continuous improvement initiatives related to manufacturing quality, process capability, and customer satisfaction.
-   Improve and maintain customer requirement databases, engineering records, and quality documentation systems.
-   Organize and maintain Office 365 SharePoint document management and data-sharing portals.
-   Support quality metrics reporting, management reviews, and special projects as assigned.

**Qualifications, Education, and Experience Required:**

-   Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related technical disciplines.
-   Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and data interpretation.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
-   Interest in semiconductor technology, electronics manufacturing, quality systems, or data analytics.
-   Experience with Python, JMP, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools is preferred.
-   Experience with AI tools, automation, or scripting is highly desirable.
