Syntiant Corp., a leader in the high-growth AI software and semiconductor solutions space, is looking for an **Analog/Mixed Signal ASIC Design Engineer Intern** to take on a critical role to enhance our IC Development Team.

As **Analog/Mixed Signal Intern Design Engineer**, you will join a team that designs the analog or mixed signal elements for digital microphones, contributing to the development of mixed-mode ASICs for OEM consumer electronic microphones.

## Requirements

**Specific Duties and Responsibilities****:**

-   Participate in the development of new technology platforms and high volume products including these phases of ASIC development:

-   Requirements and design specification

-   System design
-   Analog and mixed mode circuit design focusing on low voltage, low power and low noise
-   Design evaluation
-   Test of digital microphone ASICs

**Qualifications, Education, and Experience Required:**

-   Pursuing a degree (Ph.D or M.S.) in Electrical Engineering, specialized in Analog/Mixed Signal Circuit Design.
-   Project experience through university work and/or past internships in analog or mixed mode ASIC design, ideally within audio applications.
-   Experience with or knowledge of the following is preferred:

-   CMOS circuit design and technology
-   Switched capacitor circuits
-   Charge pumps and voltage multipliers
-   Capacitive and Resistive amplifiers
-   PTAT current sources
-   Bandgap voltage references
-   Sigma-Delta modulation
-   A/D – D/A conversion
-   Low Noise – Low Power design techniques
-   Layout
