## Description

\- Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed architectural and interior design technical drawings.

• Produce working drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and reflected ceiling plans.

• Prepare furniture layouts, flooring layouts, lighting layouts, and finishing details.

• Develop detailed joinery, custom furniture, and interior fit-out drawings.

• Coordinate architectural, interior design, and MEP drawings to identify and resolve discrepancies.

• Prepare material schedules, finishing schedules, and quantity take-offs when required.

• Review drawings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with design intent and project specifications.

• Coordinate with design teams to translate design concepts into practical and buildable technical solutions.

• Review shop drawings and material submittals to ensure alignment with approved designs.

• Revise and update drawings based on design changes and technical comments.

• Maintain organized drawing files, technical documentation, and revision records.

• Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

## Requirements

\- Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a technical office role, preferably within an architecture or interior design firm.

• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, interior design principles, and construction methods.

• Excellent command of AutoCAD.

• Knowledge of Revit and other relevant design software is an advantage.

• Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate architectural, interior design, and MEP drawings.

• Good understanding of materials, finishes, joinery details, and interior fit-out requirements.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with design teams and meet project deadlines.
