## Description

Our client is looking for an experienced **Sales Parts Supervisor** to lead parts sales activities for marine equipment, working with Weichai products.

The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical engineering background, solid sales experience, and the ability to understand customers' technical requirements and provide suitable spare parts solutions.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Lead and oversee parts counter sales activities, identifying customer needs and business opportunities.
-   Provide technical product information and parts demonstrations to prospective clients.
-   Coordinate with engineering, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and technical compatibility.
-   Prepare and deliver competitive quotations and commercial proposals.
-   Drive sales performance and achieve assigned sales targets.
-   Provide post-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships.
-   Participate in marine events and trade shows to expand business networks and generate new leads.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
